This special week of “gentle living” offers you the following experiences:
Visit with artists in their studios + a private dinner with them at our accommodations.
An evening of music at our accommodations: dinner with the musicians + a private concert (classical, jazz, blues, song)
Shopping at an open-air market with our chef + participating in the preparation of a traditional southern French meal
Wine tasting adventures + an informal lesson on wine, wine making, and wine tasting with a French oenologist
Visits to local shops to discover the produits du terroir (honey, olives, olive oils, cheeses, sausages, breads, pâtés, arts and crafts)
A (non-strenuous) hike and picnic, French style (weather permitting)
Private guided tours of Le Pont-du-Gard and the 2000 year-old city of Nîmes
Walking tour of a lovely medieval village
Accommodations are in a lovely country home, with private baths, private park, garden, and pool. Space is limited to a maximum of 6 tour participants.
The week is available in English or French.
